Pets
- Allowed on request only. Availability only upon request and agreement
- You can bring your pet in our apartments on the ground floor only
- The surcharge is €25,- per pet
- Maximum 2 pets per flat
- If your pet causes any nuisance, Residentie Heesdael is entitled to deny access
Reservations
- All reservations and services are subject to the Uniform Hospitality Industry Conditions: (www.khn.nl/uvh)
- All rates are shown per accommodation, per night and based on the number of persons indicated
- The rates include V.A.T. and exclude tourism tax and cleaning fees
- A cleaning fee of €64,- will be charged for a two person apartment, and €112,- for a four person apartment
- An amount of €2.50 per person per night will be charged for tourism tax
- The rental of an accommodation includes the beds made with bed linen, one set of bath towels per person and one set of kitchen towels. There is also some coffee and tea available for a warm welcome coffee/tea
- The apartment is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check out on the day of departure: before 10:00
- Any late check-out (subject to availability) is subject to a surcharge of €35 per room. Latest check-out time is 14:00 hrs
Cancellation conditions
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival
- The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 3 days of arrival
For groups (bookings of 3 rooms or more) we apply the following cancellation terms:
- Between 7 and 0 day(s): 100.00 % of the total reserved amount will be charged
- Between 30 and 8 day(s): 50.00 % of the total reserved amount will be charged
